FLAT-RATE SHIPPING & DESTINATIONS

All Island Sun Club orders include flat-rate shipping with no item limit to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and ALL other countries except Kosovo, Cuba, China, Brazil and Russia. All additional sunglasses on the same order ship for FREE.

All Island Sun Club orders are shipped directly to you from our warehouse in Florida and include a tracking number. You will receive an email or text message once your order is shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery within the United States. Some destinations may require additional shipping time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Shipping addresses can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER

If you have not received your order and it has been more than 30 days since your order was placed, please email orders@islandsunclub.com and we will open a support ticket to investigate the whereabouts of your package. Please note: Delivery times may be dependent on USPS and their current delivery standards.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated below.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND

If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in its original packaging with all tags and be unworn. Upon receiving your order back, we will issue a full refund of your order minus the shipping cost.  You can send your package back to our return center at: Island Sun Club Returns PO Box 540512, Orlando, FL 32854. Packages sent to any other address will not be considered returned.

Please keep your tracking information until the return process is complete. We will require this information if you need to contact us regarding your return.

Note: Mystery box sunglasses are final sale, non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges.

STYLE EXCHANGES

If you have received your order and would like to exchange it for another style, you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. Please include a note inside confirming the new style you would like to be sent! Upon receiving your order back, we will happily resend your new style. You can send your package back to Island Sun Club Returns PO Box 540512, Orlando, FL 32854. Packages sent to any other address will not be exchanged.

UNCLAIMED & RETURNED PACKAGES

When you place an order we only charge a flat rate to ship your package to you. If for any reason your package is returned to us and you choose to not have your order resent and instead request a refund, your order will be refunded minus any original shipping charges as we have lost this cost.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (OUTSIDE USA)

All orders are shipped from our head office in Orlando, Florida. If you are an international customer outside of the USA, we do NOT charge you sales tax (VAT) on your purchase! You may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. Please refer to your local government website for more information regarding any customs or import duties you may be required to pay upon receiving your clothing order.
